Payment Methods:
PIETRASANTA srl accepts the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery, Paypal (Credit Cards), Stripe (Credit Cards), Postepay, Bank Transfer.
Cash on Delivery:
Cash on delivery means payment in cash only, directly to the courier upon delivery of the products. The courier accepts only exact amounts corresponding to the order total (no change will be given);
For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €6.00 (excluding VAT) will be added to the final price.
Payments via Paypal and/or Credit Cards:
The user pays directly through the Paypal portal (Paypal allows payments via credit or prepaid cards for users who do not yet have an account and need to make payments using the service).
Note:
· The order holder must be the holder of the Paypal account.
· A non-restricted landline phone number must be provided.
· Products will be shipped to the order holder’s address.
Payments via Stripe and/or Credit Cards:
The user pays directly through the Stripe portal (Stripe allows payments via credit or prepaid cards for users who do not yet have an account and need to make payments using the service).
Payments via Bank Transfer:

Please note that if you choose bank transfer, goods will only be shipped after verifying the payment has been credited to our bank account. The payment reference on the bank transfer must include: order number, name, and surname of the buyer. Currently, in the banking system, transferred funds are credited to the beneficiary's account no earlier than 3 to 5 business days from the date of the transfer. If we do not receive the payment within 8 to 10 days of placing the order, the order will be canceled.
